Hallelujah! Merry Christmas!

Beloved families of the House Church, and all brothers and sisters who follow Jesus faithfully beyond denominational or organizational boundaries,

This Christmas, we are not simply remembering a historical event or celebrating a holiday. We are rejoicing in a living and present truth: God is with us. Jesus, who was born in Bethlehem, did not come to establish a religion or add burdens to our lives. He came to be with us, to give Himself fully, freely, and forever.

The most essential truth we want to share is simple—and already complete: Every Christian can be intimately acquainted with Jesus, right now. This intimacy is not achieved by effort, maturity, or time. It is a finished gift of grace, accomplished through His life, His cross, and His resurrection. Nothing is lacking. Nothing needs to be added. Jesus is with you—now and always.

And now, a special word to the children of our House Church, and to the whole family.

Jesus was born in this humble and beautiful way for you. Because of this, He watches over each and every one of you, He protects you, and He blesses you.

Whether you are at home, at school, asleep, or playing, Jesus is always near. So you can rest. You can be at peace. There is no need to be afraid.

Children, we invite you to pray every day with a simple prayer like this:

“Jesus, thank You for being with us every day.”

It does not need to be a long prayer. This prayer of gratitude helps us grow in a close and loving relationship with Jesus.

Christmas reminds us that God chose nearness. He became flesh and dwelt among us so that we would never have to search for Him far away. Christ in you is the hope of glory. The life you are longing for is not somewhere in the future—it is already within you, because Jesus Himself lives there.

In this holy season, choose rest instead of striving. Choose trust instead of performance. Remember that the One you need most is already with you.
